JOB FINDING AND SUCCEEDING (JFS) TRAINING

ABOUT TRAINING

This was a great honor for the public of Swat that for the first time, I - School of Professional Trainings (I-SoPT) has organized a market demanded and public-centered event in Mingora District Swat on December 15, 2019.

The one day “Job Finding and Succeeding (JFS) Training” in Swat was especially designed for graduated and graduating students, job seekers, freelancers, private school teachers, low level workers from any industry, persons with disabilities (PWDs) or any individual who is disappointed from his/her educational background and experiences. The event also considered those who haven't an idea for the effective resume writing and covering letter which jointly define the setting for a person career and growth. Those workers who found theirselves extremely trapped by their existing employment was also the massive part of this event.

Throughout the JFS training, participants came to know about the following contents through professional mindset by I-SoPT;

• The power to find, chase and create jobs by own skills and passion.

• Strengthening the capabilities and hidden potentials we have but we don't know.

• Recovering the lack of skills to succeed in a competitive market of jobs and entrepreneurship.

• Identifying win-win situation after shortlisting process.

• Effective resume writing and covering letter presentation.

• Confidence building while giving an interview for a job.

• Self-evaluation before an interview for a job.

It's a great blessing of ALLAH that the opening ceremony of I-SoPT and JFS training have successfully reached its end in Swat and people appreciated this initiative very much.
